Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Business Systems Analysis or NetSuite ERP roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and compliance standards.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations.
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with advanced NetSuite modules and customization tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/automation in finance processes is advantageous.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks is beneficial.
