Overview

The Business Systems Analyst – Finance plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with Navision or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of methodologies like BABOK and BPMN.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
• Finance/Accountancy certification is preferred.
