In Short

• Implement and support technology tools for business stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for effective tools implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors for system support and enhancements.
• Create documentation for business and technical teams.
• Utilize data analysis for decision-making and reporting.
• Develop complex test plans and conduct system tests.
• Support day-to-day operations of application systems.
• Engage with stakeholders through various communication channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with software and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative curiosity and innovative mindset.
• Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus.
• Familiarity with Javascript or other scripting languages is a plus.
