The Business Systems Analyst is a strategic partner responsible for shaping the technology and process architecture that drives business performance. This role combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and product-focused design skills to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Lead business and technical architectural decision-making for critical business processes and systems.
• Revamp and improve the end-to-end user experience for stakeholders.
• Act as a product-owner partner, eliciting business-level requirements and collaborating with technical resources.
• Design and implement technology solutions that support business strategy.
• Analyze business processes for opportunities for improvement.
• Document systems architecture, workflows, and design decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system functionality.
• Use data analysis to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using various tools.
• Lead other strategic projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with software and system integration technologies.
• Strong design and user experience skills with tools like Figma.
• Analytical skills to resolve moderate complexity problems.
• Creative curiosity and pragmatic innovation.
• Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus.
• Experience with Javascript or other scripting languages is a plus.
