In Short

• Manage and maintain Dragos’ Salesforce instance, including Certinia.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts according to business requirements.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations with other business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors or issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Train end-users on existing and new tools.
• Implement best practices and optimize automation processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and implement new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Certinia within Salesforce.
• Experience using Flow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Exposure to managing integrated tools such as Clari, Loopio, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
