In Short

• Join the Active Collection team responsible for building and maintaining agents for system information collection.
• Enhance existing capabilities and expand support for new protocols.
• Improve robustness of communication and tasking systems.
• Contribute to platform-side orchestration of agents.
• Develop in Node.js, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead efforts to optimize performance in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure deployment of agents.
• Mentor other engineers in systems programming and secure practices.
• Participate in design reviews and deployment pipelines.
• Work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in systems programming.
• Deep understanding of Windows and Linux internals.
• Experience developing low-level binaries for telemetry collection.
• Strong knowledge of network and system protocols.
• Familiarity with secure communication and data serialization formats.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Experience with AI tools in development workflows.
• Background in cybersecurity or ICS/OT environments is a plus.
• Comfortable in a remote-first environment.
