Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst partners with the Business Solutions team, stakeholders, and end users to analyze business processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective software solutions. This role also assists with small project coordination tasks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and define requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Evaluate software solutions with Business Solutions to align with organizational goals.
• Assist with project coordination tasks, including tracking progress and maintaining documentation.
• Configure applications and participate in testing to validate new features.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Develop training materials and deliver user education.
• Maintain communication with third-party software vendors.
• Prepare documentation, including workflows and analytical summaries.
• Provide after-hours support as scheduled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Experience with requirements gathering, writing user stories, and system testing.
• Proven ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
