Overview

As a Renewal Coordinator at Angle Health, you will manage and streamline the renewal process, serving as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients.

In Short

• Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients.
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools.
• Address customer inquiries regarding renewal terms and pricing.
• Work with the Renewal Manager to identify risks to renewal.
• Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics.
• Implement renewal groups once agreements are reached.
• Improve and streamline the renewal process based on feedback.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects.
• Team player with a client-centered approach.
