The Business Systems Analyst role involves supporting the application product life cycle through collaboration with customers to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure quality delivery of business solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in the Health Insurance Industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and Agile methodologies.
• Communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to mentor junior resources.
• Knowledge of ITIL and TOGAF preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
