Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who wills to apply his current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies. You will be working with a direction that is primarily focused on high-tech developments for an US client in the consulting and financial domains. All projects are aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in work, and helping the client to automate and improve their internal processes. Our team specializes in the use of advanced technologies and, at certain stages of project development, actively utilizes the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

In Short

• 3+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner in IT.
• Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers.
• Create INVEST documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of data flow and system components.
• Basic understanding of REST API and integrations.
• High level of proactivity and independence.
• Interest in learning new technologies.

Requirements

• Close cooperation with development and design teams.
• Documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc).
• Participation in Enterprise products for a big company.
• Close communication with customers from project kick-off to support.
• Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings.
• Project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control.
• Validation of mockups and backend documentation.
• Daily Scrum meetings participation.
• Proactive suggestion of potential use cases for AI automation.
