Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• 3+ years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• 3+ years experience with insurance policy admin systems.
• Basic understanding of systems architecture.
• Knowledge of development processes and project management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
