Overview

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business partners to identify problems and recommend solutions through technology and process improvements.

In Short

• Collaborate with business partners to identify and document business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and configuration.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with complex processes and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python preferred.
• Strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Leadership and influencing skills across functional areas.
