The Business Systems Analyst supports various analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, collaborating with customers to gather specifications, create business cases, and analyze data for process improvements.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry preferred.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL and project management practices preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior resources.
• Strong report writing skills.
