Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing business planning and project-related support as a Non-Employee Contingent Worker for TIAA's family of companies. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs and design optimal systems solutions while working in a hybrid capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with system development life cycle.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with QA/UAT processes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
• Experience in data analysis and process mapping.
• Managed Accounts experience is a plus.
