In Short

• Support the management of our customer accounts across EMEA regions.
• Assist with key activities such as collection, aging analysis, account reconciliation, credit management, reporting, and liaising with the AR insurance agency.
• Regularly review the Region Accounts Receivable (AR) to investigate late payments.
• Support with related accounting tasks as needed, based on the manager’s guidance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Operations, Sales Representatives, HQ) and directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate account management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience as a collector
• Finance background
• Experience in accounts receivable processing and invoicing, ensuring timely collection of payments
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Comfortable in English
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with customers to support timely collections and credit management.
• Detail oriented
