• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Experience with configuring platform features and workflows.
• Proven experience leading CRM and MAP projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce/HubSpot functionality and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams.
• Able to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
