Staff Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Zscaler is looking for an experienced Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our Customer Success, Architecture and Systems team, responsible for managing projects and serving as a liaison between business and IT.

In Short

• Organizing and managing all phases of assigned projects within the Customer Success Operations Program.
• Developing detailed project plans outlining goals, requirements, milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serving as business liaison to IT on reporting, tracking, and resolving system issues.
• Providing effective communications across varying business levels throughout project phases.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS companies, product management, or business systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in building roadmaps, requirements analysis, and Salesforce.
• Salesforce and Certinia Certifications are preferred.
• Experience in customer success or professional services is a plus.
