Requirements

• 5+ years in application or integration software development related to CTI.
• 3+ years developing web-based applications (HTML5, JavaScript).
• 1+ years with web application hosting services like Heroku or Node.js.
• Experience integrating with CRMs and Marketing Automation systems.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Familiarity with call center technology and computer telephony concepts.
• Understanding of cloud-based technologies and API interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions.
