The Workday Extend Certified Consultant is responsible for delivering tailored solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in Workday Extend to meet unique business needs through design, development, and maintenance of custom applications.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Workday Extend.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Workday Extend Apps and orchestrations.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for Workday Extend development.
• Assist with testing and deployment of Workday Extend solutions.
• Train client teams and end-users on Workday Extend functionality.
• Provide ongoing support for Workday Extend configurations.
• Stay updated with Workday Extend enhancements.

Requirements

• Workday Extend Certification is required.
• 3+ years implementing Workday Extend solutions or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of HCM/ERP software application experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a Workday services partner.
• Experience with Human Resources and/or Financials data.
• Strong business, process, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional certifications.
