AMS Certified Time and Absence Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Workday Certified Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client. You will also foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

In Short

• Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Absence and Time Tracking.
• Lead the deployment team in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
• Assist in testing the Workday solution and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices.
• Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction and provide regular status reports.
• Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Requirements

• Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
• 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
