AMS Certified HCM Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an AMS Workday Certified HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for our client’s Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions. You will also foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

In Short

• Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite.
• Lead and coach deployment teams in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
• Assist in converting legacy data into Workday.
• Support integration consulting for Workday and third-party solutions.
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on projects.
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices.
• Maintain ongoing client satisfaction and provide status reports.
• Innovate new approaches for efficient Workday deployment.
• Ensure functional solutions are compatible with data translation.

Requirements

• Current Workday HCM Certification.
• 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly.
