AMS Certified Benefits Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an AMS Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for our client’s Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions. You will foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

In Short

• Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Benefits.
• Lead and coach others in gathering and documenting client business requirements.
• Assist in testing the Workday solution and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices.
• Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction and provide regular status reports.
• Innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Requirements

• Current Workday Benefits Certification.
• 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in HCM/Benefits.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
