Overview

As a Certified AMS Integrations Consultant at Intecrowd, you will provide technical and strategic support for our client’s Workday technology, delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

In Short

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite.
• Build rapport with AMS clients to maximize their Workday deployment.
• Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and maintain Intecrowd's reputation.
• Manage multiple assignments with exceptional organizational skills.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Innovate and suggest new approaches for Workday deployment.
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous education among colleagues.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Requirements

• Workday Integrations Certification required.
• Workday Studio certification or experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday BIRT Report Design preferred.
• 1 – 3 years of technical experience with object-oriented programming and integration design.
• 1 – 3 years of HCM/ERP software application experience with various integration technologies.
• Experience integrating systems with third-party vendors.
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Experience defining requirements for integration efforts.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
