Overview

The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant is responsible for providing technical and strategic support for clients' Workday technology, delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

• Become a subject matter expert in the Workday product suite.
• Build rapport with AMS clients and assist them with Workday deployment.
• Analyze and document client problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain Intecrowd's reputation.

• Innovate and suggest new approaches for Workday deployment.

• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Requirements

• Workday Integrations Certification required.
• Workday Studio certification or experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday BIRT Report Design preferred.
• 1-3 years of technical experience with programming and integration design.
• 1-3 years of HCM/ERP software application experience.
• Experience integrating systems with third-party vendors.
• Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience defining requirements for integration efforts.
• Excellent communication skills.
