Workday Integration Consultant - Remote

Overview

Intecrowd is a boutique, global consulting company looking to expand its presence in Europe by setting up a team in Poland. We are looking for software developers and business analysts to help design, build, and test integrations with Workday, a Human Resource and Financial Information System.

In Short

• Work on client engagements as a contributor; may lead small projects
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of overall project status
• Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning
• Lead discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts
• Manage competing priorities
• Advise customers on adoption of Workday integrations
• Ensure the client is referenceable once in production
• Participate in update training and share integration skills

Requirements

• Current Workday Implementer certification in Integrations or Studio
• Comfortable or fluent speaking English
• Good English writing skills
• Strong customer services attitude
• Ability to lead a meeting through an agenda
• Strong desire to learn
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A degree in computer science or experience in software application development
• Proficiency with relevant technologies
