Overview

We are seeking experienced Workday Student Integration Consultants to join our dynamic ERP migration team at various client colleges and universities. This position is crucial to the success of new Workday implementations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and data, and a proactive approach to process improvement, providing an opportunity to significantly influence educational processes through diverse challenges and complex software integrations.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations focused on the Workday Student system.
• Work closely with functional areas and IT to gather and interpret integration requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure the integrity and security of institutional data.
• Provide support and continuous enhancements for existing integrations.
• Document all integration processes thoroughly.
• Keep abreast of updates in Workday Student functionalities.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Prepare and deliver frequent status reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Workday integrations, preferably in Higher Education.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in coordinating meetings and facilitating group discussions.
