Overview

The Senior Workday Certified Integrations Consultant position focuses on the most strategic and complex integration projects to ensure successful Workday deployments. If you have a deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture design principles, common ERP HCM integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, an in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, a consultative approach to your customers, and a history of successful Workday integration deployments, the Senior Workday Certified Integrations Consultant role may be a great match.

• Work on complex client engagements as a leader and contributor
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams

Requirements

• Current Workday Core Integration Certification + 1 additional integration certification required
• 5 years implementing Workday integrations
• 5 years of HCM/ERP software application experience
• 5 years integrating systems with third-party vendors
• Previous consulting experience
• Experience with HRIT systems
• Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within a project framework
• Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications
