Overview

Sysco GB is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to design and deliver learning initiatives, enhancing people capability and creating sustained behavioral change.

In Short

• Join the Talent/HR team on a full-time, permanent basis.
• Design and implement blended learning and development solutions.
• Work closely with the Talent Leadership Team and HR community.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the T&D team.
• Support the execution of the Talent & Development Strategy.
• Focus on embedding and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Be experienced in the full learning and development cycle.
• Proven ability to create targeted blended learning solutions.
• Enjoy working at pace with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning and Development.
• Knowledge of the psychology of learning.
• Ability to forge strong relationships.
• Self-confident with a high degree of customer orientation.
• Well-organized and structured.
• Strong communication skills.
