Learning Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Learning Consultant (LC) who will execute a portfolio of standard and custom projects across multiple customers, ensuring all projects are completed within scope and to the quality standards required.

In Short

• Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients
• Work with account teams to focus on customer specific program needs
• Act as a liaison for Skillsoft and provides a communication point of contact
• Conduct and participate in customer meetings virtually
• Keep up to date on course/curriculum offerings
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans
• Evaluate project risks and raise to management
• Communicate project status on a weekly basis
• Pursue understanding of the customer's business and learning priorities
• Participate and follow through on professional development opportunities

Requirements

• University degree in education, business, computer science, or related experience
• Experience in learning facilitation and learning strategy
• Strong experience with virtual and collaboration web tools
• Advanced desktop application skills
• Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms
• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to analyze data for insights and recommendations
• Excellent customer service experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct business in a virtual environment
