As a Senior HR Analyst, you will support team members across the organization by managing and optimizing employee experience and creating a culture where employees feel valued and motivated.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
• Effective communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
