Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

Seneca Technologies is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative business applications using low-code/no-code (LC/NC) platforms. This role will be instrumental in translating federal client requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive digital transformation and process automation.

In Short

• Collaborate with federal clients and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and development team members.
• Develop governance policies and best practices for LC/NC platforms.
• Work on complex data models, process workflows, and custom integrations.
• Manage platform administration and security configurations.
• Test and deploy solutions meeting federal compliance standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing scripts.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies to facilitate development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to complete/pass a moderate public trust investigation.
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• BS/BA degree in a related IT discipline preferred.
• Business/Data Analyst experience in a Federal Enterprise environment preferred.
• Relevant business analyst certifications are preferred.
• Experience with user management and data clean-up routines.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
