Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Seneca Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to support operational reporting and stakeholder needs within a federal financial environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, executives, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL.
• Work with the Artiva software debt collections platform.
• Engage with business users and executive stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing stakeholder support for data requests.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Caché SQL.
• Experience producing a range of reports.
• Required experience with the Artiva debt collections platform.
• Five or more years in a data analyst role.
• Ability to work directly with business users and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• US Citizen and able to pass security clearances.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
