Seneca Holdings is seeking an experienced Principal Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role is the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, focusing on driving strategy from a people perspective and influencing a high-performing organization.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Advanced understanding of core HR disciplines.
  • Ability to consult with executive-level leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in executing large-scale HR projects.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong change leadership abilities.
  • Federal government contracting experience is a plus.
