In Short

• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and operational support to Premier Equipment’s leadership teams.
• This role bridges the gap between corporate HR and store operations.
• The HRBP will support approximately 10 stores in Eastern Ontario.
• Flexibility in the exact location of the successful candidate but should be between East of the GTA and Kingston.
• Champion initiatives that build an engaging workplace culture.
• Partner with leaders to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Monitor workforce trends and identify early signs of turnover risk.
• Provide coaching to managers on leadership skills.
• Work with employees and leaders through employee relations issues.
• Consult with Director of HR to ensure competitive pay structures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
• Strong business acumen and operational understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regularly to store locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
