Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in helping leaders scale their teams by ensuring day-to-day people processes execute clearly, consistently, and with strong follow-through.

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for an assigned function or region.
• Translate manager needs into clear HR actions.
• Facilitate execution of performance cycles and talent reviews.
• Support workforce planning and hiring requests.
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring execution.
• Reinforce consistent people practices by coaching managers.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Identify emerging trends or risks related to team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Ability to execute core HR processes end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices.
• Strong organizational skills.
