• Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management.

• Communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.

• Drive employee relations issues to resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a HRBP role.
• Experience supporting VP+ level executives.
• Experience in post-sale revenue teams or G&A teams.
• Experience working on various HR functions.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Comfort managing performance and employee relations issues.
• Experience in a global software development environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
