Overview

The Senior Learning Consultant consults with clients to recommend L&D and learning technology solutions that meet unique business needs and help grow authentic learning cultures inside of enterprise organizations.

In Short

Serve as primary Unboxed strategic consulting partner on key accounts.
Guide strategic direction of consulting work and advise senior leaders.
Engage in learning needs analysis to identify gaps.
Plan and lead collaborative client workshops.
Provide ongoing consultation for clients, including executive leaders.
Provide L&D expertise on sales calls to support closing new opportunities.
Prepare engaging proposals and presentations.
Partner with BD team to enhance account value.
Oversee and mentor learning consultants.
Ability to synthesize data and offer business solutions.
