Overview

The Leadership Development (LD) Consultant plays a crucial role in shaping the leadership capabilities within Intermountain Health by designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.

In Short

  • Design and implement leadership development programs.
  • Evaluate leadership capabilities and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders at all levels.
  • Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations.
  • Manage enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in leadership learning.
  • Some travel required.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
  • Build relationships across a large organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in leadership development planning and implementation.
  • Strong collaborative relationship-building skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Understanding of adult learning design.
  • Experience with instructional design and facilitation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Certifications in coaching and assessment tools preferred.
