Overview

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing superior support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Requirements

  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in healthcare payments is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
