Overview

Join our Service Centre team as a Technical Support Analyst, providing Level 1 and 2 managed services and desktop support to our clients.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support.
  • Resolve technical issues for clients.
  • Log and manage incidents through ServiceNow.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Contribute to developing standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in various projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support, preferably in a corporate or MSP environment.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, Windows O/S, Microsoft Office, O365, MS Azure, and PowerShell.
  • Strong customer service and technical support skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge is a plus.
  • No criminal record and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
