Overview

As a Facilitator on our Global Learning & Leadership Development (GLLD) team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact learning experiences that build leadership capability and drive performance.

In Short

  • Lead and facilitate leadership development experiences both virtually and in-person.
  • Utilize advanced facilitation techniques to ensure learner engagement.
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group coaching aligned with individual development plans.
  • Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe learning environment.
  • Conduct thorough session preparation and coordinate with team members.
  • Maintain documentation and confidentiality in accordance with guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on program content and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on facilitation best practices and leadership trends.
  • Represent the brand and values of the organization in all sessions.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of facilitation experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
  • Experience in leadership development for mid-to-senior level leaders.
  • ICF Certification and familiarity with assessment tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adapt facilitation style to various cultural norms.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience with virtual facilitation platforms.
  • 3+ years of professional coaching experience.
  • Experience facilitating for diverse, global audiences.
  • Formal certification in facilitation methods is a plus.
