Overview

Takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Learning & Development Facilitator to join our Takealot Delivery Team in Kwa Zulu Natal reporting to the Training Manager. This role will be responsible for training coordination across the entire Eastern Cape region.

In Short

• Responsible for training coordination across Eastern Cape.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Plan and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Identify training needs through analysis of employee performance.
• Manage training budget and optimize resources.
• Conduct on-site training sessions at various delivery hubs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and training methodologies.
• Work closely with operations teams for execution improvement.
• Handle logistical aspects of training sessions.
• Support the development of training content and learning strategies.

Requirements

• Higher certificate or tertiary qualification in HR or Training Management.
• Valid South African driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Training Coordinator/Supervisor/Facilitator.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in creating and implementing training material.
• Hands-on field and operational training experience.
• IT or tech-savvy with exposure to e-learning tools.
• Certification in Train-the-Trainer is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on training effectiveness.
