Learning Event Facilitator - Remote

Overview

The Learning Event Facilitator will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting global and regional events for SonicWall’s employees, partners, and customers, ensuring seamless execution of training events.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event scope.
• Manage the event calendar and coordinate with hosts and presenters.
• Facilitate virtual events leveraging designated platforms.
• Develop supporting materials for events.
• Provide Marketing with key event details.
• Support event speakers with guidance and resources.
• Track and analyze event performance.
• Publish recorded events on the internal LMS or CMS.
• Provide backup support to the Sales Enablement team.
• Respond to training scheduling requests from Authorized Training Partners.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in a tech environment.
• Ability to gather training requirements and identify resources.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic computer proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
