Bilingual Learning and Development Training Facilitator - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Learning and Development Training Facilitator will provide facilitated learning sessions to staff of Employment Ontario Programs, inspiring and educating them on processes, policies, and best practices.

In Short

• Deliver training sessions using various instructional techniques.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops both virtually and in-person.

• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team.
• Adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Provide ongoing support to Service Provider Staff.
• Travel within Ontario for in-person training sessions.
• Seek new methods for training development and facilitation.

Requirements

• Bilingual (French/English).
• Two or more years of experience in workshop facilitation or corporate training.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Knowledge of adult education and e-learning environments.
• Flexibility to travel within Ontario.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Understanding of local labor market and community resources.
• Knowledge of job search techniques and career development.
• Conditional employment based on a criminal record check.
