The Learning and Development Training Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
• Presentation skills.
• Experience in training needs analysis.
• Able to design and develop training modules.
• Pro-active, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on mid-shift.
