Overview

The Learning & Development Specialist works with key business stakeholders to design, develop and implement learning program requirements, enhancing team performance and building organizational capability.

In Short

  • Leading the creation of e-learning and blended learning training resources.
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating course content.
  • Ensuring training materials are clear, concise, and instructionally sound.
  • Developing learning objectives and aligning them with assessment design.
  • Identifying and monitoring metrics related to learning initiatives.
  • Providing training and development guidance to support leaders and teams.
  • Conducting ongoing training needs assessments.
  • Identifying best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Learning Advisor or Curriculum Developer roles.
  • Knowledge of e-learning design principles and program evaluation methods.
  • Experience using learning management systems.
  • Employment conditional on obtaining federal Security Clearance.
