Overview

As our first Learning & Development Specialist, you will design and implement impactful learning programs that enhance personal development, drive engagement, and align with our business goals.

In Short

  • Develop and implement global Organizational Development (OD) and learning initiatives.
  • Lead the personal development program, SilverGrow, alongside other learning solutions.
  • Implement and administer a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs.
  • Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in building global processes and managing OD initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing and managing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with adaptability and creativity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
