Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
• Professional instructional design certification is an asset.
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of content governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management capabilities.
