Learning & Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

The KOSTAL Group is a globally operating, independent family business based in Germany, developing and producing technologically advanced electronic and mechatronic products. With over 20,000 employees at 53 locations in 20 countries, we are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) parental leave replacement in our Learning & Development Team at the Lüdenscheid location, initially limited to 18 months.

In Short

• Manage and optimize processes in Learning & Training for KOSTAL's German locations.
• Design learning and training offerings in a needs-oriented and appealing format.
• Act as a Key User for our cloud-based Learning Management System.
• Provide expert advice to leaders, employees, and HR Business Partners.
• Select external learning and training partners carefully and with quality in mind.
• Contribute creatively to the development of global personnel and leadership development in international projects.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in personnel development or training.
• Strong customer orientation with a self-directed and results-oriented work style.
• A degree in Business Administration, Adult Education, or Business Psychology.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Fluent communication in German and English with a passion for international collaboration.
