Group Internal Control Manager - Remote

Overview

The Group Internal Control Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing the internal control function within KBS, ensuring compliance with policies and processes, and implementing additional controls to mitigate risks effectively.

• Develop and implement an annual risk-based Internal Control Plan.
• Conduct assessments to identify key controls within major business functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of key controls through periodic testing and audits.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of control measures.
• Conduct follow-ups on recommendations from previous internal control reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in internal control management.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
• Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
